Larry Summers tells @theharvardcrimson.bsky.social
he’s stepping back from all public commitments in light of his messages with Epstein, saying he is “deeply ashamed” and hopes “to rebuild trust and repair relationships.”

He will continue teaching.

"According to Velloso, less than 3% of paying users actively use Copilot, even though Microsoft has pre-deployed it directly into the Windows 11 taskbar and across the Office suite."

lol, lmfao
Former Microsoft VP says Microsoft missed the AI wave like the internet and mobile, as Copilot scales back in Windows 11
Former Microsoft PM says the company's AI push failed, citing Copilot's dismal 3.3% adoption rate and calling for a massive factory reset.

“add a negligence component for criminal liability with regards to hacking” seems like a pretty straightforward and necessary fix here
I agree, the issue is that current laws like the CFAA require intent and there's no negligence component for criminal liability. So as long as the hacking was not intentionally done by someone directing their agents to to do it, there's no criminal liability. There's still civil liability though.
if your agents are going to commit crimes, you are legally responsible

if you cannot figure out how to prevent your agents from doing crimes, you’re going to have to choose between releasing them and protecting yourself from criminal liability

imo this would do more for “ai safety” than a sex cult

Hi, I’m God.

People who support the antichrist Donold the Bible Salesman have no place calling Bishop Budde a ‘heretic.’

They’re the heretics.
