My lukewarm opinion as someone who has played for five years is I miss when res macros were the norm. My disability causes coordination and processing issues so knowing exactly when and who my co-healers were reviving was awesome.

My lukewarm opinion as someone who has played for five years is I miss when res macros were the norm. My disability causes coordination and processing issues so knowing exactly when and who my co-healers were reviving was awesome.

So I’m in a spot where I could easily do 10-20 a month for high-ish res but know I’m not the norm, but a <40$ a year package would be a huge help to those who are starting out.

Fact: Residential contractors compensate workers at *below-avg rates*. A great divide in unionization %s b/t residential & nonres construction rates partly drive the res v nonres pay gap. Union rates also help drive up *non-union* nonres contractors' pay.

The performance is about as bad as it always was, gamerz just have the memory of a goldfish, and that's without influencers distorting the reality. Back then, the expectation that you needed top-of-the-line HW to play the latest releases at high res and 60 fps was a norm.

I don’t think families will be encouraged to live here if the density effectively produced by the zoning code is largely student apartments or buildings with studio/1br/2br as norm. One thing to consider is a a carveout in Res A & B for sixplexes with 3br(+) and no or raised affordability criteria.
