i had a very funny experience a few years ago where spacex sent me an RFQ and over the process of trying to get their quotation the scope changed half a dozen times and the responsible person there changed like three times in three months. lotta turnover there. wonder why
SpaceX and Tesla are saying that they're seeing lower quality candidates interviewing for jobs these days... and immediately blame colleges and the students. Not the fact that smart grads want to work ANYWHERE else.

Me not trusting AI, found the section and saw the verbage was 'recommends' but not a hard must do.
