Next is this Ibanez RG550-DY that hurts to look at, both the finish and the filthy fretboard (a lot of the metal bits are rusty as well).
Serial number says it was made in April 1987, the first year these were made! We’re about the same age so I can’t knock it too much for looking a bit ragged.

My first guitar was an Ibanez Studio 50 in ‘79. The first guitar I bought (pic below, now owned by someone else) with my own money was a RG550 like that one

This was at a jam space. That 2x12 was built from a leftover dresser someone threw away at an apartment complex. I put a PA speaker and a car bass speaker in it. It worked but sounded like butts 🤣
