My opinion:
●Because the 🧊 vehicles R unmarked, who knows what LOrEnzO thought. He could have been trying 2 escape what he thought was an attempted vehicle jacking.
●🧊 showed complete disregard 4 the public by driving dangerously & side-swiping the van
