Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex C. Otti, OFR, has sought the support of the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC) to enable the State access funding dedicated to the development of non-oil revenue sectors, particularly agriculture, solid minerals and tourism. Governor Otti made the request on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at his office, when he received RMAFC Team Two, led by the Federal Commissioner representing Rivers State, Ambassador Desmond Akawor, on an official working visit to the State.
