I'm a few days late, but Sunday (1/11) was Carla's birthday! Carla is the player character of my liminal space otome, Romance The Backrooms. More about her & the game in the thread! 🧵
(The art of her here is by @specterofyou.neocities.org !)

Carla's birthday image! It shows Carla, a woman with light, yellow-brown hair, eyes of the same color, a star hair pin, a yellow duck-themed jacked, a collared white shirt, and a navy blue skirt, smiling at the viewer. Behind her is a light yellow background (her main color) decorated with orange & white star confetti. The text around her reads, "Happy Birthday Carla! 1/11."

Today's #RomanceTheBackrooms story is turning out . . . interesting.
Glarence let out a long sigh. “Sex, Zenobos. I’m talking about sex.”

Some #RomanceTheBackrooms themed Valentine's cards, a thread. 🧵💘
First, there's Carla, who professes her love simply & openly. 💛
A Valentine's day card themed after Carla from Romance The Backrooms. It has Carla on it, smiling at the viewer (she has light brown hair, a star hairclip, brown eyes, and a fluffy white sweater over a white collared shirt). The card is yellow and says, "There's no one I'd rather live life with than you, valentine. To: From: ."

I'm a little late, but happy belated birthday to Carla, the protagonist of #RomanceTheBackrooms! She's a thoughtful, caring young woman who is voiced by @alexisboonevo.com . Carla's been through a lot of things, but perhaps her adventures in the backrooms will be good for her!
My digital art of Carla for her birthday. It shows a bust of Carla, a young woman with tan hair with a star-shaped hairclip t the front. She's wearing a yellow jacket and white collared shirt, and on her head is a birthday hat with green & blue stripes. The background is yellow with confetti of multiple colors, and it reads, "Happy Birthday Carla! 1/11".

It's my characters' birthday celebration day! Adiel & Glarence are two love interests in my game Romance The Backrooms, a liminal space otome game. Adiel is sunshine, Glarence is grumpy, and I love them both dearly. Please wish them a happy birthday!
#romancethebackrooms
An image of my characters Glarence & Adiel, with black roses behind Glarence and white ones behind Adiel. Glarence has short hair and two eyes on each side of his head (in his hair) that are looking away; the eyes on his face are looking at Adiel. He is colored green, and is frowning. Adiel has longer hair that runs over his face, but his one visible eye is looking at Glarence, and he is smiling. The text on the image reads, “Happy birthday Adiel (& Glarence).” Under Glarence is the date 2/29, and under Adiel is the date 3/21.

Our #VeloxTurbo2 project is looking amazing! @hsp-emtalks.bsky.social did such a wonderful job with the programming & sprites, and @starscozy.bsky.social did a lovely job with the BG!
I wrote the game, and it's so exciting to explore my #RomanceTheBackrooms characters in a time before RtB starts!
A screenshot of my Velox Turbo 2 game, "The Backrooms Is In The Eye Of The Beholder". Glarence, a gray-skinned humanoid with green hair (there are two eyeballs on his head) is standing with his arms crossed. He is wearing a black shirt with white stripes, and dark gray pants. The background is that of Level 394 of the backrooms, The Eternal Garden: the sun is shining over an area full of plants, but Glarence is standing on a stony floor in front of two pillars, one of which is broken. Glarence is thinking to himself, "I don't know why I let Adiel travel with me. Sometimes, I can't stand him. Like now."
