In medicine they are have RRTs: Rapid Response Teams. When a patient is starting to deteriorate, a fast-acting team of nurses on that shift for that sole person, are rushed to put out the fire quickly with best practices. If the patient then tanks, it’s a CODE, get everyone in here now to revive.
