I do not have a break for RSD774 but Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitrij Medvedev has used RSD704 & RSD744.

Quick turnaround: SFS Il-96 RA-96023 RSD306 returned from an unknown destination out east and after very little time on the ground took off as RSD774 and is headed east again, although along a more southern route. It might also be going to Tianjin CHN to support the SCO summit later this week.
