On 03 Dec SFS Tu-154M CARELESS RA-85019 RSD974 departed Moscow (VKO) with a flightplan for Tabriz IRN; however, it may have gone somewhere else.

This might be nothing, but: On 24 Jul FSB Border Guards Tu-154M CARELESS RA-85084 using its fixed CS/FCN RSD974 flew from Moscow (VKO) to Murmansk and returned after approximately four hours on the ground.

On 09 Aug Il-96PU CAMBER Airborne Command Post RA-96024 (Putin's main ride) RSD974 was tracked flying from Moscow (SVO) between 0822-0902Z. It appears that it was active at that time; however, I think the tracking shown may have been spoofed and the aircraft flew a ‘Moscow Test Loop.’
