Du siehst rudum zufrieden aus!

Sometimes they do: Sundom, Täktom etc. Where I am east of Helsinki we have an area famous for this: dative plurals but mostly from medieval male names: Gíslom, Kuggom, Haddom, Hardom, Hopom, Garpom, Drombom and Mickelspiltom. And with vowel balance on short syllables: Rudum and Rinum.
