I opened RadarScope and it looked like nearly every radar in the country was offline (red icons). Which nearly gave me a heart attack. ROC says 13 are down; so whatever the issue is, it seems to be RadarScope and not NWS. It’s showing data from these sites, but icon is wrong color.
