Interesting, thank you. To me a pleasing scenario would be sg/pl (raǧul/riǧāl) in the common vernacular competing with sg/pl (rāǧil/ruǧǧāl). raǧul is then lost, riǧāl kept as pl, & rāǧil/ruǧǧāl kept as sg/pl (as in Egyptian) or only one of them kept as sg. Needn't have happened that way, of course!

Overall, it's quite clear I'm definitely fond of Allosaurus and its closest relatives. Regardless of validity for some, like Snax and Tenda, there's no doubt these magnificent predators will continue to garner my appreciation
