Jaipur, Sep 1 (SocialNews.XYZ) The Monsoon Session of the Rajasthan Assembly started on Monday amid uproar from the very first day as the Congress MLAs shouted slogans accusing 'vote theft' and waved placards inside the House. The BJP members also raised slogans to counter Congress' 'vote thief gaddi chhor' by raising 'Gaalibaaz Rahul Gandhi, Gaalibaaz Congress' slogans. Earlier, the Congress MLAs arrived in the Assembly wearing white T-shirts with the slogan “Vote chor, gaddi chhor (vote thief, leave the chair)".

New Delhi, Feb 22 (SocialNews.XYZ) Six Congress MLAs, who were suspended for the remainder of the Rajasthan Assembly's Budget Session on Friday, spent the entire night in the Well of the House in protest, refusing to leave despite their suspension. The suspended legislators include Rajasthan Congress President Govind Singh Dotasra, Deputy Leader of Opposition Ramkesh Meena, along with Amin Kagzi, Zakir Hussain Gesawat, Hakeem Ali Khan, and Sanjay Kumar Jatav.

Congress retains the Dausa seat with Deen Dayal winning by a narrow margin, defeating BJP's Jagmohan Meena. The seat's prestige was crucial for both Kirodi Lal Meena and Sachin Pilot.

Vasudev Devnani is elected unopposed as Speaker of the Rajasthan State Assembly today. Thus the Rajasthan Assembly has got a new speaker.
