As Yaki continues to think about meditating with Yumi, he comes up with a devious idea. "Maybe this meditation thing could work. If my mind's cleared out, then I'll regain my reputation for the Makai, and I could finally become a demon lord." Thought Yaki. Yaki then sprung up from the ground with determination. "I'll meditate with you, dragon girl!" Said Yaki. Yumi, overjoyed rejoices saying, "Oh goodie! I'm happy that you're interested in meditating with me." Yumi shakes Yaki's hand, greeting him. "I'm Yumi. Yoga enthusiast." "I'm Yaki. Uhh... just a normal bat." Greeted Yaki. The two of them strolled around the park, discussing the perfect meditation spot for their meditation. "First, we should find somewhere that's nice and quite to properly meditate." Said Yumi. Yaki follows up with, "Sounds like a deal, Yumi." (The sooner I meditate and clear out my mind, the better I can become a demon lord!). Deviously thought Yaki as the chapter comes to a close.

Yoko-tan is a pink dragon who is bubbly, yet vain. She is the twin sister of Yumi who resided in Japan to pursue a singing career. She blew up in popularity and let the fame go to her head. Yoko isn't kind to her twin sister, often mocking her for her so-called laziness and inactivity. They often butt heads, and it seems there's no stop to their sibling rivalry. Engel is a thirteen year old boy who first met Yaki and Yumi at the arcade one day. Engel is an aspiring rapper who wants to make it big someday. Engel has a crush on Yumi after being rescued by her from a demon attack, but Yumi is oblivious to it.

Back in her prime, Yumi was a very powerful Holy Beast dragon with spiritual yoga powers. She had the physique of a Hindu or Buddhist goddess with multiple spirit arms to take down any demon who stood in her way. But as time went on and the demons stopped showing up, she gained weight after eating Earth's delicacies and inedible objects. Back in his prime, Ragiel "Yaki" von Eldegarde II was a fierce and powerful Demon Lord of the Makai, and he is the son of Ragiel von Eldegarde III (my demon OC I made back in January) Yaki had the power to manipulate fire and control lava at will. He could also mind control his victims to do his bidding. Now, Yaki can't access his demon form due to being defeated by an army if Holy Beasts, sealing away his demon powers and turning him into a bat.

From the year 2050, a small yet powerful robot arrives from the future to the present. A robot with the power of electricity. Its name is the Electric Warrior, Jinraiman. Jinraiman carries a strong sense of justice and fights to protect the earth from intergalactic threats. Whenever the earth is in danger, citizens around the world use a special signal to summon Jinraiman to fight back. For my Yaki and Yumi fan project, Jinraiman is a popular Japanese tokusatsu TV show that is gaining niche popularity in America. Yumi and some other characters are big fans, and the show has a lot of merchandise such as toys, trading cards, clothing, food products, etc. There will be a chapter in my Yaki and Yumi fan project where, with some fantastical meddling, Jinraiman comes to life and starts to cause havoc in the city. Here is Yumi holding and gushing over a rare limited edition vinyl figure of Jinraiman. Here is the original Jinraiman that I made back in 2019. He was originally an android with his civilian name being Kazuya Ichihara. He possesses electricity and plasma abilities, has super speed, and wields a plasma sword. He was a leader of a group called the Five Elemental Shadows, five vigilante warriors from around the world fighting crime. Kazuya was originally in a discontinued comic of mine called Shadow Warriors, a comic similar to the Persona franchise and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Since I abandoned the comic, I didn't use Kazuya or the other characters from that comic, but now I've repurposed him for something new. A tokusatsu TV hero, The Electric Warrior, Jinraiman.

Smaugust 2025 Day 17: Statue My Version of Figment is having a fun time in Disnyland. They went on many rides, saw some of his favorite Disney characters, and they bought some merch on the way. They then stopped in front of a statue of Figment (Original) and took a selfie with it. August 17th was a fantastic day for Figment (AU). Here is a redraw/idea pitch for a possible Yaki & Yumi series. The cover for this manga is a redraw of a famous Dragon Ball Z chapter art of Goku and Frieza having a standoff. For the first issue, I will be the story of how Yaki and Yumi first met each other. First, they will clash with each other. Then, they will soon become friends. The story following that will be the pilot episode, but with a few tweeks in it. The setting will take place between the years 2005-2008, with early to mid 2000s terminology and technology, such as fashion, flip phones, early YouTube, early smartphones, early social media, etc. These ideas are inspired by xpDevs idea pitch for a Yaki & Yumi series. I hope to make it soon, and shout out to Aliki Theofilopoulos for the original concept.

Polly Nimbus is the Cloud Maker of Dragon Land and is seemingly responsible for creating the weather in that realm. She is a kind-hearted and hardworking dragon who tries her best to keep the weather intact. But dye to her old age, she's been slowing down on her work recently and is planning on retiring.
