#RandomX
pulled the last 100 tari mainnet blocks. lanes: RxT 30, RxM 26, C29 23, Sha3x 21

merge-mined RandomX had ~66x the hashrate of solo RandomX and still won fewer blocks. each lane has its own 8 min difficulty clock, so more hashrate = higher difficulty, not more blocks
How Tari's multi-lane mining works, and what 100 real mainnet blocks showed me
Four mining lanes, one chain: what the last 100 Tari mainnet blocks show about per-lane difficulty.

Transparency note: a share of every block subsidy goes to the Development & Growth Fund. Default 20%, consensus minimum 10%.

Pool miners don't need to do anything; solo miners can set it with -devfundpercent. Details:

Linux tip: run the BLOZ install script with sudo. It reserves huge pages, and RandomX gets noticeably faster with them.

macOS on Apple Silicon works too. Guide:

RandomX made mining friendlier, credit where due. But PoS goes further: stake from a laptop, no hardware race, no constant energy burn. PIVX has run PoS since 2016. That’s a decade of battle-testing, not a roadmap slide.

DragonX combines shielded-to-shielded transaction design with Sietch, an additional approach aimed at making transaction-pattern analysis more difficult.

The goal isn't to make empty promises.

Also in v0.1.12: nothing we ship has an executable stack any more.

RandomX ships assembly with no stack note, so the linker marked the whole
node RWE. Found with readelf by somebody who had to build Core from source
to get around it.

Remember when mining meant leaving a laptop open?

Block Zero brings that back — RandomX, fair launch, no premine.
