The most visible one in the back is a 2020 Essence with its extremely rare Sport Touring blackout package

Wrote about that essence rare, authenticity (in history and now) www.npr.org/2026/10/27/n...
Very chaotic, not at all good: Why does everything in music feel fake right now?
"Is it real?" is the most pressing question in music in 2026, and it's one that feels impossible to adequately answer, in almost any context.

(I will never write a newsletter about Xiao Zhan because I could expend 40,000 words on him and get nowhere but "armed to the teeth with love" is likely as close as I will ever come to capturing what I think of as the essence of who he is in his rare moments outside of the protective fame cocoon.)

Now the new attack "if it's so rare why do you support it so much?"
And think of how long it takes to defend against that statement.
That's the essence of Gish gallop, throw so many shit out that you simply can't defend yourself against it.
