Also, it’s important to realize the main driver of long-term decline in homeownership rates (which haven’t declined very much) is lower marriage rates, NOT home prices.

You know what would actually address throat cancer rates? Higher uptake of the HPV vaccine and reduced smoking. What if we just funded NHS preventative medicine appropriately, instead of trying to stop humans from doing stuff we’ve been doing for longer than the human race has existed
