so many smart things about social housing developer targeting newer high end builds- beyond the clear ideological message it sends, or the association with quality that develops, it also probably greatly mitigates risk of large maintenance boondoggles like seismic retrofits or roofing/siding redos

editing and shuffling is legit one of my fav things. It was fun to do board revs on sequences cuz you can solve a lot of problems by just moving some things around, more tweaks then redos. Its amazing what you can do for the audiences feeling just by the cutting of scenes.
