#ReTeach
Up way past my bed time tonight helping my kid with algebra 2 homework (i.e., trying to reteach myself algebra 2 one minute before trying to teach it to my kid... what the heck is "completing the square" again? vertex form??)

I feel they’re trying to reteach him how to stay in the pocket and take a sack/throw it away now while they can win games with their defense now. They really haven’t been pressured to play uptempo or aggressively on offense so far this season and I think that’s the right thing to do
Last week Kyler had a 17% drop back success rate. I honestly don't recall ever seeing a success rate that low.

Mental regression but instead of it making you baby brained directly you just lose most of your knowledge, so now you have to go beg your caregiver friend to reteach you your Abcs because you're too big and too embarrassed to go back to regular preschool

I'm having to reteach my ear to recognize juncos & white crowned sparrows now that they're coming back through.

To be fair, can anyone? I don’t even remember ever being taught English grammar. I’m sure I was at some point. I know they had to reteach parts of it in high school cause people didn’t understand what was appropriate to put in an essay. But otherwise it’s just whatever sounds right.

had to reteach myself by locking my phone in the house and bringing a book outside

Alright, y'all. Trying to get past a big writing block. After what feels like a solid year of mostly revisions, I'm getting back into drafting, and it does feel like I need to reteach myself how to do that somewhat 😅

I'm trying to get back into art.
I'm not sure how readable it is atm, but I'm trying to find a style that I can proudly acknowledge as mine.
This is my first "piece" in years, and I'm still having to reteach myself the tools.

I had been pushing my body too hard and eventually it "broke". It took years to recover my health enough I could fake being an almost average adult of my age (although I couldn't work). Those were some rough years, since I spent them bedridden until I could reteach my body how to function.

To reteach a thing its loveliness is the nature of metta (Lovingkindness). Through lovingkindness, everyone and everything can flower again from within.

Before the Medium becomes Diminished from Greedy Ideologies of how The Ayy-Eye Sore, can cut out the ideals of creation/creativity.

Basically, Reteach from Scratch, Learn yourself from the Masters, The Actual Masters! Of Art. And take in stride what you have over Lazy Tech investors.

how do you relearn/reteach yourself the art fundamentals and is there some kind of plan/things to study

Reteach yourself to speak positively. For instance, when something goes wrong in your personal life or at work, instead of saying: "It is what it is," try saying: "Well AWS is probably down in some capacity."

This is amazing. I reteach many, many of Ira’s lessons re audio storytelling. Can’t wait to deconstruct this episode with my students.

I was ready to reteach that man what Pennsylvania women are all about. And he was eager to relearn.

I had to reteach myself that carbs is fuel for fun over the past couple of years

If I want the fun of the jog it’s sooooo much more miserable if I haven’t had potatoes the day before (and after)

It's the lesson we keep having to reteach

Goertz et al.(2009) found that teachers mostly used interim assessment data to pick what to reteach and to regroup kids. They rarely questioned the instruction itself, only the student. So smaller group same lesson. #EduSky #MathEd

"We pause lectures to reteach linear equations instead of expanding understanding of differential equations..

Students entering in fall 2027 were in 5th grade when the pandemic began. If many cannot solve a basic inequality such as x² > 4 .. then 'pandemic learning loss' can't explain it all."
