Rich Trumper, senior advisor at ReBuildNC has resigned, per multiple sources. He successfully led a similar state disaster recovery program, then was appointed to ReBuild.
Number of houses built sharply increased during his tenure but he had no hiring/firing power.
All wheels are off ReBuild now.
