dont leave ice directly against the skin though, especially if youve been sweating, wrap it in a cloth. Also ice packs are even better since you can just keep rechilling them and dont have to fuss with the water

I haven't made one in forever. The last time was complicated lol had to keep rechilling the dough. (Biscuit base not sponge base)

But this one isn't even sparkling.
It's been left uncorked overnight after the party,
and the next day, when you awake in the harsh light of mid-afternoon, you find it's warm, flat and stale.
You try rechilling it, but you just don't catch the magic of the old regimes...
