City Manager Mark Granum reviewed final candidate orientation for the November election, announced the swearing-in of Judge Bridal Haas on Sept. 14, and said the city presented a legislative initiative to the Tennessee Municipal League to address statutory obstacles to adopting standard online payment-processing contracts.
