Sort of par for the course. I have a globular deficiency that makes my redcells last only a week (instead of 120 days), so my immune system attacks them because their technically sick. They removed my spleen when I was 7, to slow down my immune response. But forgot to remove my gall bladder.

Blood is priceless. How can you payback somebody giving you their redcells, whitecells, platelets,antibodies, nutrients etc etc . How do you price that? It would be difficult. The NHS doesn't as well. They can cover your expenses if you have a rare blood group.
