It's 2020 and you can't cancel a @ATT line online. They require you to call in but the wait is over an hour. With @tingftw in flux after the @dish takeover, who is the most reasonable 4/5g provider? @redpocketmobile? @mintmobile? So many.. Or. @googlefi

I had @ATTHelp data on my iPad for years

Worked great!

Got a new iPad & needed a new SIM

Support couldn't figure out how to send me a new SIM

Said to go to a store

So I cancelled account

Ordered SIM & (cheaper!) service from @RedPocketMobile

Which is an ATT reseller
