Nooshy and I attempted to thwart Jimmy Crystal's evil scheme, but we got busted after our plan backfired...

Thank you @theabbeyroadie.bsky.social for putting my fursona and Nooshy into Barbie's iconic mugshot scene!

Digital sketch by TheAbbeyRoadie of the mugshot scene/meme from 'Barbie' (2023), with my male akita-wolf fursona (Karlamon) in Barbie's place, and Nooshy (from 'Sing 2' (2021)) in Ken's place. Both mugshot boards have our individual names (Karl and Nooshy) in the centre, "RCPD" (Redshore City Police Department) on the top-left, "919-72" on the bottom-left, and "Crystal Tower" on the bottom-right.

Never forget when 2 animated films with heavy anthropomorphic/furry characters had the wealthy CEO be arrested for his actions back to back in 20 years.

It isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice.
Henry J. Waternoose, voiced by James Coburn, being arrested by the Child Detection Agency in Monsters Inc.(2001). Mr. Crystal, voiced by Bobby Cannavale, being arrested by the Redshore Police in Sing 2(2021).

Ever since the events of Redshore City, Buster and Jerry had quite the feud between each other
Everytime they met, it was insults, digs and mean words, to everyone's exasperation
Ironically, it was a certain wolf that made them stop their bs and bury the hatchet

Below the Waves (Part 1/5):

Cyder heads off the RedShore coast for a thrilling underwater chase!

-CJG

#cjg #story #cyder #nixie #joggin
BELOW THE WAVES: Starring Cyder Rock Spaniel The top panel shows a calm ocean. In the bottom panel, a massive hovercraft suddenly soars on top of the water, making a loud SWOSH sound. Cyder, Joggin, and Nixie are chasing the hovercraft on a jetboat. "Faster, Joggin!" shouts Cyder, standing on the boat's side. "We can't lose them!" Joggin, driving the boat, responds "Sorry, the Bluebird can only go so fast!" Nixie, on the otherside of the boat, exclaims "Well it can't go fast enough!" The hovercraft in the distance begins to sink below the waves. "Oh great!" proclaims Joggin, "They're going into the water!" Nixie is stretching her arms out, responding "Then I will, too! Come on, Cyder! Let's jump in and catch them!" Cyder, now with a scuba tank and goggles on, exclaims "Alright! Let's Dive!" Nixie and Cyder diving into the ocean, with the startled fish swimming away.

Really enjoyed reading #RedShore by @william1shaw.bsky.social a hint on the cover that this might be the start of a great new series
My only concern is that being a DS in a William Shaw book is not a great career move, they don’t seem to get promoted! 🤣

Sketch of Jimmy Crystal from Sing 2 encountering a unknown male beastkin hybrid. Because of his bloody clothes and hunting rifle, Jimmy presumed that he was just a hunter, not realizing he's a failed Crystal Entertainment audition candidate who later become the Redshore Sniper.
