This is particularly odd because the *last* time our heroes were at an apple orchard (Episode 128 "The Rediba Whistle!") the show had no problem using the term.

Her biological parents Dustox and Beautifly have a ketchup addiction (just like Ash's Pikachu).
My mommy and daddy often babysat her. She called them 'mommy' and 'daddy'.
And so, mommy and daddy adopted Wurmple.
