Saw something about a proposed millennium prize in biology for reengineering Rubisco, so bumping this. Everyone worried AI is going to make a killer virus. But instead some botanist is going to kill us all with super-corn saturating the atmosphere in oxygen.
When I was in high school, I wrote a (clumsy) sci-fi short story about a scientist who reengineered Rubisco and accidentally destroyed the world. Glad to see this timeline coming together!

コンサル会社の人とか来ると
ベストプラクティス（ここでは例えばSAP）を導入すれば、全部解決・改善しますからとかいってBPRすっとばしてSAPの導入して失敗
ってケースが多い

That's definitely what it is, but there are already e-axles being made in China. Reengineering should just be a matter of changing the axle width and making sure the lug pattern is compatible. If the company just has EEs working for them, they might not want to do that.
