#Xfce will keep #X11 compatibility for the foreseeable future besides their work on their Xfwl4 #Wayland compositor. That's stated at wiki.xfce.org/releng/wayla... and still holds true as verified with some Xfce developers. We're happy to provide an X11 server to run Xfce on. #XLibre

The RelEng team has been working crazy hours, but now the latest release of Rocky Linux (10.2) is available for you to download!
Given that HERE shows "Gulf of America", I'd assume they are just that far behind on their GNIS processing pipeline. (disclaimer: I used to work for HERE and "improving terrible data pipelines" was a full time job for several of my coworkers; I mostly did releng on the search engine :-)

(When I wasn't doing releng/operating system stuff, I worked a level or two up from that - figuring out why Zurich was across the river (turns out there are 4 or 5 things that Zurich can be, with different centroids) for example. )
