KC Adams’ show includes regalia from the past + present. The ancestor regalia from the past is cared for by and on loan to us from The Manitoba Museum. Today we share with you a beautifully beaded wall-pocket featured in the exhibition.

In an act of reclaiming + celebrating their Indigeneity, KC Adams + Kelli Adams-Wityk danced at Manito Ahbee in 2024. This was the first time KC + Kelli, who are twin sisters, danced powwow + it was KC’s first time making regalia.
