Canada's flawed #BailSystem recently kept #Montréal author and activist #YvesEngler in #BordeauxPrison for 5 days because he refused to sign #BailConditions aka #ReleaseConditions that prohibited him from speaking publicly about his questionable arrest on #SpeechCrime charges by the #SPVM.
