Daytime scene on a sidewalk in a high-end City on a sunny day during late winter, facing a maple tree close-up in the foreground with a green flyer posted the reads "No Parking - St. Patrick's Day Parade"; the parking rules are in effect from Monday evening until Tuesday evening; even though it is two avenue blocks away from the parade route, all of the cars need to be gone so that the City can help provide a secure celebration; there will be people from Ireland visiting, as well as from Staten Island; in the background there is an intersection with the famous avenue known for luxury shopping and famous advertising firms; a physically-fit person walks past; across the street is a shop storefront that is covered in a canopy of red flowers - it looks very fancy, but it is actually just a pharmacy (AKA chemist, AKA apocethary); the sky above is bright blue and mostly clear.
