I think there's quite a bit out there that could trip him up anyway, I've been reading up on the Renaker thing and it's really shady. It begs the question what does he HAVE to do to keep them onside?

I get what Polanski is doing here, and one of my major criticisms of Burnham has been his development policies (particularly with renaker), but to say that the only changes that have happened in Manchester in the last decade are negative is a bit wild?
