I learned today that 4 Democrats failed to vote on the HB clawing back funding for USAID and PBS. #RepJoyceBeatty of Ohio, #RepDonaldNorcross of New Jersey, #rRepLouCorrea from California and our own #RepEmilyRandall. Passed by 2 votes. If not for their absence . . .
