CHA sold the property to CNI, a sorta-kinda community developer that spun out of a bank in the '90s. CNI has been active on nearby blocks for awhile, repairing and reselling vacant homes in waves. A home in use is better than one sitting empty, but this will no longer be scattered site CHA housing.
