I understand Due Process…but let’s be real. The indictments against U.S. Rep Henry Cuellar by the DOJ are most certainly real and the only way he won’t be convicted is through technicalities. He needs to resign and admit wrong-doing, and the Dems need to condemn his actions. #ResignRepCuellar
