Psych Hospitals do more harm than good. When you are dealing with nervous break downs. Bad thoughts. Etc. They make it so much worse. I was restrainted against my will. Slammed against the wall and sedated. It was an overall traumatic experience. It made me in fear to exist.
Nah. The facility I was at , on my last day I told them I was gonna end back in there again. I was literally under the bed post , trying to use the bed leg to ruin trachea. And they still kicked my ass out. But, had the nerve to call up my uncle and say I need grief counseling . I don't need shit😂
I’ve only been twice due to severe bullying that lead to an OD and the second time I told my dad that if he put me on the bus I was gonna end my life in the bathroom at school . He didn’t care. But , the counselor did.
