Yes, that does look a bit like it should come with a label reading “Ceci definitely n’est pas une fucking pipe”. The retractor which would have to be inserted into the king, however, in order to ~ahem~ hold him open for the procedure, has an even less inviting appearance

So, I was on the operating table getting open heart surgery. I questioned how the surgeon positioned the sternal retractor. Then he got all butt hurt and said that if I don't like how he's doing things, I could just do it myself.
