More raycasting tests with #SGDK. My speed isn't great, but I think I can do more optimizing for the sprites and maybe the walls. If I can get it to run between 15 and 20 FPS I'll try adding networking with retrolink.

Trying some ideas for a cross platform networked retro-game. Currently running on an #atari800 (altirra) / #fujinet and #segagenesis (blastem) / #retrolink smdt-pc. I hope to have a c64/meatloaf client running in the next day or two.

you gotta try the Dreamcast on HDMI, retrolink made some decent cables works out the same input as the HDMI (so the same games that didnt support VGA wont work either tho..)

I scored a Retrolink black USB Saturn controller for 25 cents while out thrifting today. I don't care how good or bad the controller is. For 25 cents, that's a win all day!

I'm lucky enough to have a trinitron, so I got myself a retrolink cable to use with my Gen 2. Still, the Mega would be incredible to play on a HD tv with the right upscaling. Jealous lol

Turned out to be a scam. ;c Device comes up in systems as "retrolink SNES controller" and there aren't enough sensors for every button, they don't even line up with the pad. I guess I'll use it for more accurate ghosting and see if I can gut the internals to make some weird custom controller later.
