The initial idea behind Asha's design was to convey an idea of extreme comfort. As time went on, I grew attachment to exagerated hair/fur flow and that's something that can be noticed through all these designs. The fluff becomes progressively bigger!

ye, in retrospetive it would have been better since OT and PT where also all by Lucas (to a degree) to keep it tonal in the same way and i like his movie more than Abrahms
Or at least they should have talked to each other ... and not used Dark Empire as base
