Camps were always part of the plan. Look up Rex84 Continuity of Government plans made by Oliver North that entailed building regional labor camps where leftists and immigrants would be rounded up in the event of a domestic war. It was quietly forgotten as the Iran Contra scandal overshadowed it.

This is the plan outlined under REX84 during time of Oliver North. I don't know if it was ever repealed, but if not it gives President and AG the power to round up and indefinitely detain anyone on a signed subpoena using a private militia if necessary. No Congressional approval is needed.

Could this be Trump's plan on rounding up immigrants and his enemies as soon as he takes office? He and his AG ALONE can invoke REX84 and round up anyone on the AG's list and become forced labor for his needs. Are you likely to be on the red, blue or black list?

I have little doubt [rump is now secretly operating under REX84. It explains why he declared National Emergency at the border which allows him to round up anyone he wants and puts on subpoena from AG, without warrant or due process. No Congressional approval needed

I believe under a REX84 declaration, anyone on AG's subpoena list that is approved by President can be rounded up and detained without legal process. Dozens of detention camps are ready to receive. No Congressional approval is needed. Not sure when such declaration needs to be made public

Sadly, now that Bondi is in place as the AG, [rump can & likely will very soon invoke Rex84 with her alone listing deemed "agitators" as a threat to the security while declaring Martial law. No other approval is needed. If you get put on her subpoena, under REX84 you can be detained without process
