The song that made Aretha the Queen of Soul, recorded at Fame Studios. She only recorded two songs there bc of an altercation between Rick Hall and her husband.

Clarence Carter - Tell Daddy

Carter recorded this at FAME in '66. Etta James recorded it as Tell Mama later, also at FAME. Great music poured out of that place.

This is the soundtrack from the documentary and takes you through the years from Fame, Muscle Shoals Sound and the other studios. Rick Hall was the early driving force but so many made it happen.
