People may or may not remember I always refer to this as the Smith Rider Waite deck. She is the lifeblood of modern Tarot imagery. Rider was a publisher. Waite directed the action but the magic was all in Pixie’s hands. Also, I love that Crowley referred to Waite as “Dead Waite” in GD/OTO circles.
