I dig them, rinse them, pack them in those big paper garden bags with a little straw between the layers. You can let them dry without rinsing. I have a big indoor space for them to dry, so I don't mind the rinsing. I do lose at least a couple over the winter, but even the saddest ones get a chance!

Washing my makeup brushes (I clean them with a spray every use, but haven't actually washed them in some time) was so fucking soothing and my mood is improved.
Something about watching all of that come off on the soap and rinsing until the water is clean just... did it for me.

Last year, I washed the tubers, crudely divided the clumps into quarters or halves, and stored in dampened peat moss. I checked monthly and dehydrated the peat moss as needed. I am thinking of skipping the rinsing this year, since the garden hoses are all put away. Any advice or recommendations?

So I gave my cat D.Va a flea bath the other day but I guess I didn't do a good enough job rinsing the soap out, and she still smells noticeably of shampoo. It's not a bad smell, but I imagine it might be upsetting to an animal to smell wrong. Should I wash her again?

I just went to take vitamin c & d, turned the water on, and instead of picking up the cup and putting the cup up beneath it, came within a hair's breath of rinsing the vitamin pills in my hand, so I think it's probably just as well that I'm going to bed
