My oven’s been on the blink but if I try lighting it over & over, sometimes it lights. (The local repairer has taken more than 2 months & it’s still not fixed 🤦🏻♀️) This morning I got lucky & made Swedish apple, almond & cardamom cake with #homegrown apples #DianaHenry #RoastFigsSugarSnow

Other than the small mountain of dishes, what’s not to love about fried onion, bacon, egg & cheese on a buckwheat pancake? (For the record, I’d add thyme to the onions.) We won’t be needing lunch! Galettes Soubises #DianaHenry #RoastFigsSugarSnow #mymenuplan
