A lighted pedestrian bridge over the Cedar River in Waterloo, Iowa. The bridge is lit up in constantly changing colors every night. The walkway leads the eye into the photo. At the right and left are low cement walls with handrails and metal bars leading up to an arched canopy. The arch is lit in bright pink at the front. a strip of yellow in the middle, more pink, a lighter pink, lime green, blue, and other alternating colors to the end. It looks like you're looking into an endless tunnel of light.
