Truncated my Sunday #onehourreads this morning as I have to do a few things for church. 1st up #RobertWRix' #VanishedSettlersofGreenland
1st #onehourreads is #VanishedSettlersofGreenland by Doc #RobertWRix & am close to being done with this one! It's about the continued myth of a lost group of viking settlers in Greenland.
Here we are seeing Greenlanders writing a sci-fi tract 100 yrs ago about #Greenland in 2105.

1st up in the #onehourreads is #VanishedSettlersofGreenland by #RobertWRix and I'm getting to the end of this book on the literary history on the myth of a list Nordic colony.
Finished this but apparently didn't post it...book was an interesting read.

My #onehourreads this morning included #RobertWRix & the #LostColony myth with its focus in the late 1800s and 1900s. This becomes a minor masculinity, whiteness, & eugenics in fiction writing.
Next is #Hessians by Doc #FriederikeBaer & we are returning to the deep South of the #AmericanRevolution
