So I am trying to get some clarity from "Shaw with Rogers" and I keep getting routed to the Philippines. (With Shaw we always spoke with someone in Canada)

So since Rogers bought Shaw a while ago, they have increased the cost of our cable service twice. This is even though we have a contract and I was "guaranteed" that the price would not change for the term.
The workaround is they increase the cost to "lease" the cable boxes. Rogers ruined Shaw Cable
