I love rough drafting or polishing but the structural edits in between are awful - not knowing how much will unravel if you pull on a thread, worrying you're making the wrong choices and losing good bits, not knowing if you're making it better or just different.

In this current project, my favourite side character is the MC's mother! She's a huge part of the MC's life, a huge part of the story in a way. Her food plays a large part in creating the world and story (for me and for the LI). #RomComMarch
Sometimes, a side character can steal every scene they’re in, making us wish they had their own novel (or giving us inspiration for a sequel!).
