The U.S. Postal Service will raise the price of a "Forever" stamp to 82 cents starting Sunday. The agency cited high costs, falling mail volume and congressional policy changes, and Postmaster General David Steiner warned prices may eventually need to rise to roughly 90–95 cents to stabilize finances.
